It looks like tsemrtd 2.1.0 is empty (!). So we'll need to wait for it to be fixed before merging this. |

Updated to tsemrtd v0.2.2 which fixes this problem. @lotharking we are ready to go!

Updates tsemrtd to latest version, fixing an issue found with a Mexican passport (DG11 birthdate parsed in BCD instead of ASCII).
